Grown on the decomposed granite soils of Fairplay, our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon shows all of the power and richness you expect from this noble variety. Ripe, dark and dense, with aromas of black cherry, cocoa, vanilla, ripe blueberry and hints of smoky campfire. The palate is seamless and thick with firm tannins, dark fruit flavors and excellent acid structure.
