Planted in the late 70s, Herbert Vineyard is one of the oldest plantings in Fair Play, consistently producing delicious and memorable wines at Toogood Winery since 2005. This Syrah is complex, meaty, and ripe with aromas of blueberry, blackberry, briar patch, toasty oak and subtle notes of mint white pepper. The palate is broad and muscular with plenty of ripe tannins, blue fruit flavors and exceedingly long finish.
